I’m a yoga teacher with over seven years of experience, and my journey through yoga has been shaped by eight transformative trainings that have deepened both my practice and my teaching.
I specialize in a variety of styles – Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, yin and Yoga Nidra – and one of my greatest joys as a teacher is offering hands on assists that help students feel more supported, grounded, and connected in their practice.
I became a yoga instructor to give back – to share the profound impact yoga has had on my life and invite others to experience it’s depth.
I grew up in Aurora, Ontario, and recently moved to Komoka in October 2022.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Laurentian University as well as an advanced diploma in Business Administration - Automotive Marketing from Georgian College.
My first career was in the corporate automotive industry, fueled by my long-standing love for cars, alongside my passion for yoga and fitness.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching the Toronto Maple Leafs, staying active with regular workouts, and attending live music events. I also love getting lost in a good book and spending quality time with my golden doodle, Chloe.
For me, yoga is far more than a physical practice. It’s a personal journey of awareness, healing, and self-discovery. It’s a way to connect more deeply with ourselves, our breath, and the present moment.
Yoga has been a powerful tool in my journey toward better mental and physical health. When I struggled with digestive issues and anxiety, yoga offered me a way to reconnect with my body and calm my mind. Through consistent practice, I learned to move through discomfort with breath and awareness, which not only helped ease my symptoms but also gae me a deeper sense of resilience.
Beyond the physical and emotional healing, yoga led me to find a true sense of community – a space where I could be authentic, supported, and seen. It was through yoga that I found my people, and with them, a sense of belonging that continues to inspire and ground me every day.
