YIN
Yin Yoga is a slow, mediative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body - ligaments, joints, and fascia - rather than the muscles.
Poses are held for longer periods of time, typically 3 to 5 minutes, allowing you to soften, release tension, and cultivate stillness.

VINYASA
Vinyasa Yoga is designed to link each movement with a breath, creating a fluid and meditative flow. Expect a dynamic sequence that builds heat, strength, and flexibility while grounding your mind in the rhythm of your inhale and exhale. Vinyasa invites you to move with intention, find your body through breath-led movement. Variations will be offered so you can honour how you're feeling each time you arrive on your mat.



YOGA NIDRA
Deep rest and guided relaxation.
Experience deep rest through the practice of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep".
This guided meditation invites you to lie comfortably and be gently led through a systematic journey of awareness - moving through the body, breath, and mind to access a profound state of relaxation.
RESTORATIVE
Rest, reset and reconnect.
Slow down and soften with Restorative Yoga - a gentle, healing practice designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and nourish the nervous system.
Using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks, poses are fully supported and held for several minutes to allow for deep release and rest.

This class is perfect for anyone recovering from stress, fatigue, injury, or simply seeking stillness in a busy world. You'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more at ease - body, mind, and spirit.


HATHA
Strengthen, stretch, and center.
Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced, alignment-focused practice that combines breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance - both physically and mentally.
In this class, we move mindfully through foundational yoga poses with time to refine alignment, deepen awareness, and explore breath work.
