Summer Gentle Hatha Yoga Series
Join me Tuesdays from 9:45–10:45 AM throughout June & July (with the exception of June 23rd) for a small group gentle hatha yoga practice. Enjoy personalized guidance, optional hands-on assists with your consent, and a welcoming supportive atmosphere.
